Rain or shine, first impression is key!

The first impression of your home happens without your knowing about it. It is when buyers drive or walk by. It’s important to update the landscaping, pressure wash the exterior including the driveway and add colorful plants. Remove the dead ones, prune or replace the shrubs and add fresh mulch. Does the exterior need color? Consider painting the front door or the mailbox post. Are there cobwebs at the entrance, have you swept the walkway? Is it cramped with planters and benches, cute signs and statues? You’re selling your home, do everything you can to make it inviting.
