Professionally Designed and Managed Direct Mail Campaigns: We will create and send a mailing campaign directly to your neighbors. Professionally Designed Email Campaign: You’ve decided to sell your home and entrusted us with this task, in addition to brochures, direct mail campaigns and open houses, we understand the importance of timing and don’t want to wait for the mail to arrive. As such we’ll be implementing an email campaign as part of our selling services to all Realtors in Collier and Lee County, as well as our personal data base of more than 1500 current and past clients.

The Supra IBox provides showing alerts, and listing activity reports, allowing us to track the Realtor, time and date they are in your home. Only authorized key holders can open our lockboxes, and every opening is documented both in the lockbox and in the secure SupraWEB database. These lock boxes utilize Bluetooth or infrared signals, recording events each time a key box is opened.
Agent Accompany Showings:
In some cases, Homeowners feel their property would benefit from someone on our team accompanying the showing. We’re always willing to do this, however you must beware this involves another step in the showing process and not all showing Realtors are willing to go through this additional step. As such, the number of potential showings may be reduced dramatically.
Unscheduled Appointments:
In the unlikely event someone shows up to view your property without an appointment, do not allow access to your home. Request they call our office and speak with myself, Donald or Tiffany. Even if the person identifies himself or herself as a licensed Realtor, an appointment request must be made first through us.
Mobile Device Accessible Property Signs:
Depending on the regulations within your Homeowners Association, we can use technology based “for sale” signs, providing potential Buyers with property details, photos and more; all sent directly to their mobile device via text message.

Monitoring Timelines, Renegotiating the Contract, Closing or Settling the Purchase:
We will create, manage and follow up with a timeline for all required paperwork, deadlines and deposits. As part of our selling services, we will guide you through the minefield of potential problems associated with the appraisal, inspection and financing process, including the often complicated escrow deposits or receipt of deposits. In addition we can meet and instruct specialist or trades people who may be required for repairs. All of this will ensure your transaction runs as smoothly as possible.
