Georgetown at Pelican Bay is located in the south-central portion of Pelican Bay. Georgetown is a gated area of 35 Colonial style single family homes. In this community you will find that most of the homes offer lake views and the odd numbered homes that are not facing the lake offer views of the Pelican Bay Golf Course. The older homes in this community date back to 1982, but most of the homes were built between 1986 and 1988, while the newest home was just recently built in 2006. Most of the homes are on a half acre site which a unique feature for the area.
